The venue seats up to 600 guests and includes a 25-foot LED screen, professional-grade AV, state-of-the-art lighting, and a dedicated AV technician. Three hundred free parking spaces mean your guests arrive without circling a garage or paying for downtown parking.
Where Every Detail Matters
The Venus Theater is a dedicated ceremony space with integrated lighting, LED screens, and a built-in AV system. Your vows are heard clearly, lit beautifully, and can be live-streamed for guests who cannot be there in person.
After the ceremony, guests move into the Atrium for cocktail hour. A 20-foot bar, lounge seating, and ambient lighting create a natural gathering space while you take photos and transition into the reception.
The Pantheon is your reception space. A large stage, elevated DJ booth with full visibility of the room, a 25-foot LED screen, professional lighting, and a sound system built for performance. It is one of the most technically capable reception spaces in the Nashville area.
Your wedding party gets private preparation suites from the moment they arrive. The bridal suite includes vanity stations with professional lighting, a salon chair, makeup vanity, private shower, garment steamer, coffee station, mini refrigerator, and comfortable seating for up to 20 guests. The groom suite includes a barber chair, grooming station, and private bathroom.
No Hidden Fees, No Surprise Add-Ons
Your wedding day should feel effortless. The Forum is designed to make that possible.
Security, an on-site event manager, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, audio-visual equipment, professional state-of-the-art lighting, an AV technician on site from start to finish, event cleaning staff, and prep kitchen access for your catering team are all included. Bar staff is provided when you supply your own alcohol.
Your guests get 300 free parking spaces, overflow parking if needed, and six multi-stall restrooms across the venue.
Venue access runs from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. The night ends when you are ready, not when the clock says so.
Outside caterers are welcome with proof of insurance. Bring your own coordinator or let ours handle the day.
