The Forum is a modern event venue just outside Nashville with a professional-grade sound system, a 25-foot LED screen, state-of-the-art lighting, and a dedicated AV technician included with every rental.
It seats up to 600 guests across multiple rooms, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all under one roof, with access from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Bar staff, security, an on-site event manager, tables, chairs, and event cleaning staff are all included. So is a commercial kitchen for your catering team and private suites for your wedding party.
Three hundred free parking spaces mean your guests arrive without the hassle of downtown Nashville.
Where Every Detail Matters
The Forum’s Venus Theater is a dedicated ceremony space with integrated lighting, LED screens, and a built-in AV system, so your vows are heard clearly, lit beautifully, and can be live-streamed for guests who cannot be there in person.
From there, guests move into the Atrium for cocktail hour. A 20-foot bar, lounge seating, and ambient lighting make it a natural gathering space while you take photos and transition into the reception.
The Pantheon is where the night takes over. A large stage, an elevated DJ booth with full visibility of the room, a 25-foot LED screen, professional lighting, and a sound system built for performance make it one of the most technically capable reception spaces in the Nashville area.
Private bridal and groom suites give your wedding party a comfortable place to get ready and regroup throughout the day. Each suite includes vanity stations with professional lighting, full-length mirrors, garment steamers, a coffee station, a mini refrigerator, and a private bathroom. The bridal suite adds a salon chair, makeup vanity, and private shower. The groom suite includes a barber chair and grooming station. Each accommodates up to 15 to 20 people comfortably.

Bar staff, security, an on-site event manager, and event cleaning staff are all included. So are tables, chairs, cocktail tables, audio-visual equipment, professional state-of-the-art lighting, and an AV technician on site from start to finish. Your catering team gets a commercial prep kitchen.
Your guests get 300 free parking spaces, overflow parking if you need it, and six mult-stall restrooms across the venue.
Venue access runs from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. The night ends when you are ready, not when the clock says so.
Outside caterers are welcome with proof of insurance. Bring your own coordinator or let ours handle the day. Bar service is provided by The Forum, you supply the alcohol, we take care of the rest.
