The Forum was designed to offer flexible, thoughtfully equipped spaces that support weddings, corporate gatherings, performances, and private events. Each space is equipped with professional-grade infrastructure and supported by an experienced venue team to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.

Included Venue Amenities

Every event rental includes:

  • Venue access from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following day

  • On-site event manager

  • Event security staff

  • Professional bar staff

  • Basic bar mixers and ice

  • State-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and lighting

  • AV technician during the event

  • 72-inch round tables

  • Black banquet chairs

  • Up to 20 cocktail tables

  • Event cleaning staff (“Helping Hands”)

  • Prep kitchen access

  • On-site parking for approximately 300 vehicles

  • Six multi-stall restrooms across the venue (17 stalls total)

  • ADA-compliant facilities

  • Changing tables in one men’s and one women’s restroom

  • 10×10 storage room

  • Filtered water fountain

The Atrium (Lobby)

The Atrium serves as the main welcome and gathering space for guests. It is designed as a comfortable area for arrivals, cocktail hours, and informal networking.

  • Cocktail tables

  • A 20-foot bar

  • Built-in ambient sound and lighting

The Venus Theater

The Venus Theater is designed for ceremonies, presentations, performances, and speaker events.

Features include:

  • Elevated cushioned theater seating for up to 200 guests

  • Sloped, theater-style floor for optimal sightlines

  • LED screens

  • Integrated lighting and audio-visual capabilities

  • Dedicated AV technician booth

The Pantheon

The Pantheon is the venue’s largest and most flexible event space, designed for receptions, performances, and large gatherings.

  • Elevated plug-and-play DJ booth with full visibility of the room

  • Dedicated AV technician booth

  • Three 8-foot screens and one 25-foot screen

  • Professional lighting and audio-visual capabilities

  • Live-streaming capability

Bridal & Groom Suites

Private preparation suites are available for wedding parties and hosts.

Each suite includes:

  • Concierge service

  • Bottled water, snacks, and two bottles of champagne

  • Mini refrigerator

  • Coffee station

  • Streaming-enabled television

  • Garment steamers

  • Full-length mirrors

  • Vanity stations with professional lighting

  • Comfortable seating and sofas

  • Private bathroom

The Basilica

Main Event Kitchen

A commercial kitchen is included with venue rental to support catering teams.

  • Two ovens

  • Three-basin commercial sink

  • Ample preparation counter space

Catering Kitchen

Optional Additional Rental

A large secondary catering kitchen is available for events requiring additional production space.

Event Design Studio

The Forum features an on-site Event Design Studio, where clients can explore decor and styling options for their event.

Available selections may include:

  • Specialty chairs

  • China and tableware

  • Flatware and glassware

  • Table linens and napkins

Design selections are coordinated with a trusted event rental partner, who handles delivery, setup, and pickup.

Additional Policies

  • Event coordinators: Clients may hire their own coordinator

  • Tables and chairs included, or outside rentals permitted

  • Bar service provided exclusively by The Forum, alcohol not included

  • Security: Provided by The Forum
